What we collect

- Downloads: which kits and resources you download, so we can send relevant follow-up and improve the kits.
- Newsletter: your email and whether you opened or clicked, if you subscribe.
- Forms: what you send us in demo requests, custom kit orders, and partner inquiries.
- Sign-in tools: names, companies, and trades entered at stand-down events, when you use our digital sign-in.
- Basic site analytics: pages visited and how people found the site, without identifying you.
How we use it
- To give you access to downloads and your account.
- To send the newsletter and emails related to what you downloaded. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To connect you with a demo partner when you ask us to. We share only what’s needed for the introduction.
- To improve the site and the kits.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t share your email with sponsors. Sponsors see totals, like how many people downloaded a kit, never who.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email at any time, update your account, or ask us to delete your account and data by writing to hello@standdownforsafety.com.
